Shine a Spotlight: Feature Important Posts Globally for Enhanced Visibility

You can now feature posts globally, pinning them at the top of your main feed for maximum visibility across your in-app community. Use this feature to promote events, announce product launches, and highlight important brand news. To keep your feed fresh, limit the number of globally featured posts and remove them when they no longer need to be pinned.

Comment as Brand Directly from Console

Our console now allows you to create and manage comments directly on Console, enhancing user engagement while ensuring a consistent brand presence. We’ve streamlined post and comment management into a single menu, displaying posts visually and showing comments in a side panel, making it easier to manage discussions while keeping track of your posts.
