As 2024 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on an exciting year of growth and innovation. From launching new features to major enhancements, we’ve been busy delivering updates designed to help you get the most out of Social+. Let’s take a look at what we’ve accomplished over the past couple of months and how we’re ending the year!
- Major Console Upgrades: We’ve given the Console some serious love this year! Adding new features like featuring important posts in global feeds, community moderation management, and story management. Plus, you can now comment as your brand directly from Console, making managing your community easier than ever.
- UIKit Makeover: We've made some significant upgrades to our UIKit, bringing new components like live chat, feeds, and stories to help developers build dynamic, interactive experiences. With a component-based design, you can choose only the UI components needed or leverage the entire UIKit for a seamless setup. Customization is now easier than ever, allowing you to adjust colors and toggle the visibility of specific views within each component, all without modifying the UIKit code.
- AI-Powered Tool for Enhanced Community Engagement: Expanding our AI capabilities, we introduced Social Insights to take community understanding to the next level. Analyze real-time data, uncover user sentiment and trends to shape engagement strategies.
