Yes, Social+ is GDPR compliant. Social+ is fully committed to being compliant, where applicable, to GDPR and PDPA (For Thailand) and to help customers and users to understand these regulations. Social+ will provide a host in the EU for customers who require it. All customer data is logically separated by network ID and the customer has full control and ownership of the data as the data owner. Social+, as a data processor, only processes data to perform functions needed to deliver our features.
